Cool Wisdom Books (“CWB”) is an independent research project dedicated to the preservation, contextualization, and scholarly study of Neville Goddard’s lectures and related historical materials. The following policy outlines what content may be used, what is protected, and what is prohibited.
This Copyright & Use Policy applies to all content published on coolwisdombooks.com.
1. Copyright Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, all original content on Cool Wisdom Books is protected under international copyright law.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Original commentary and analysis
- Historical research, timelines, comparisons, genealogical work
- Cross-referenced data, interpretive frameworks, and biographical investigations
- Articles, essays, and series (including the Abdullah research series)
- Editorial summaries, explanatory notes, and contextual framing
- Custom tables, charts, diagrams, timelines, and indexes
- Site design, internal structure, and organization of research
- Metadata, tags, unique categorization structures, and archival formatting
- All written prose, narrative framing, and interpretive conclusions
All original content is the intellectual property of Cool Wisdom Books and may not be reproduced, republished, archived, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.
2. Public Domain Material (Lectures)
Neville Goddard’s original lectures and recordings are in the public domain according to U.S. copyright law.
You may freely:
- Read them
- Share them
- Quote them
- Reproduce the raw public-domain text itself
However:
You may NOT copy any CWB:
- introductions
- summaries
- contextual notes
- titles/corrections
- editorial framing
- research commentary
- dating analysis
- lecture groupings
- metadata structures
Even when paired with public-domain text, all commentary and organization produced by CWB is protected.
3. Prohibited Uses
The following actions are strictly prohibited without written permission:
- Copying or republishing CWB articles, essays, or research
- Scraping or harvesting content, including HTML, RSS, or structured data
- Using CWB content to build a competing archive, database, or manuscript
- Reproducing timelines, genealogies, or comparative analyses
- Training AI models on CWB’s original research or commentary
- Republishing CWB pages on other websites or platforms
- Translating CWB content into another language for publication
- Using CWB’s narrative structure, argument flow, or interpretive style in derivative works
- Reproducing tables, indexes, or unique archival structures
- Copying metadata, categories, article formats, or research architecture
Violations may result in a DMCA takedown, notification to hosting providers, and legal action.
4. Limited Allowable Use (Fair Use)
You may reference Cool Wisdom Books content only under strict academic or fair-use conditions:
- You may quote up to 75 words from any article with proper attribution
- You must link back to the original page
- Quotes must be clearly marked and not imply endorsement
- You may not alter the meaning or framing of CWB content
- You cannot build derivative works or rewrite articles based on CWB analysis
Use beyond this requires written permission.
5. How to Cite Cool Wisdom Books
If you wish to cite CWB in scholarly or research contexts, use the following format:

6. No Archiving or Re-Indexing
You may not:
- build alternative archives using CWB’s structure
- mirror CWB content
- create lecture databases based on CWB’s index
- reuse CWB’s dating, titling corrections, or cross-references
- incorporate CWB research conclusions into competing works
CWB is the canonical source for its internal research.
7. No Automated Access or Scraping
Automated tools are not permitted to access, index, or copy Cool Wisdom Books content.
This includes:
- Scrapers
- Crawlers
- Bots
- Data harvesters
- Offline browsers
- Automated archival programs
- AI ingestion systems
All such access attempts may be blocked, throttled, or reported.
8. DMCA Enforcement
Cool Wisdom Books actively monitors for unauthorized use.
Any party reproducing:
- original commentary
- research
- article structures
- archival methods
- timelines
- genealogical findings
- or narrative framing
is subject to immediate DMCA takedown procedures.
Multiple violations may result in legal escalation.
9. Requests for Permission
If you would like permission to quote beyond fair use, reference research, or link to CWB material in published works, please submit a written request via the Contact page.
Requests must include:
- Intended use
- Publication context
- Exact text or material you wish to reference
